Delivery

All our products are shipped using DPD Couriers, in the UK and Europe, and on-line tracking is available up to the point of delivery.

All items are shipped on our standard delivery schedule unless a different service has been selected and paid for.

We rely on DPD Couriers, as our delivery agent, to deliver your item(s) in a professional manner and welcome feedback and comments on the level of service received.

Items shipped with DPD Couriers are insured against transit damage but any damage must be noted at the point of receipt and noted on the carrier documentation to validate any claim that is to be made. Customers should notify us of any damage within 24 hours of receipt of order.

All shipping rates apply to consignments to mainland UK only. Any off-shore or foreign customers should contact us for the appropriate shipping charges.

Returns

Your satisfaction is our first priority. If you are anything less than delighted with any item for any reason, you can return it unused, with the original packaging intact and fit for re-sale, within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

Items found to be faulty in manufacture will be replaced at our discretion (subject to stock availability)

All original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed.

This provision does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or mis-described goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Regulations, further details of which are available from your local Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice Bureau.
